It's a less than 10 minute walk from the Clock Tower to Rialto, along the Mercerie, made in Italy and international shopping paradise: boutiques and fashion label shops (Gucci, Cartier, Krizia, Rolex etc.) mingle with master craftsmen Murano glass, Burano lace and traditional Venice carnival mask workshops in a continual progression to Rialto.
Here the characteristic Rialto bridge, with its rows of goldsmith and souvenir shops, crosses the Grand Canal leading to the picturesque fruit and vegetable Market.
At the foot of the bridge, the St. Giacometo church, the oldest in Venice, is dedicated to the merchants who have always done business in the campo in front, invoking protection and honesty.
Also just a few steps away from Best Windows is Venice's other famous bridge, the Bridge of Sighs, on the Riva degli Schiavoni, offering a magnificent view of St. Mark's basin. Venice's other most famous and picturesque stretch of water is also only a two minute walk from Best Windows (follow St. Mark's Square Procuratie on the Best Windows' side: 200 meters then a right under the portico and you're there).

By plane
Airports near Venice are the "Marco Polo" in Tessera, 13 km from the heart of Venice, and the "San Giuseppe" in Treviso (where low-cost airlines land), 30 km from Venice.
From both, take the shuttle to Piazzale Rome and continue on ferry # 2 or water taxi to St. Mark's. Cross St. Mark's Square to the Clock Tower next to the Basilica where the Best Windows suites are located.
From the Venice Marco Polo airport you can also arrive by water taking a water taxi or Alilaguna line ferry that depart the airport dock (use the internal airport bus to reach the dock).

By train
The "Santa Lucia" train station is located in the heart of Venice on the Grand Canal. From here, take a water taxi or ferry # 2 to St. Mark's.

by car
The heart of Venice can only be traveled on foot or by boat. Cars are parked in the numerous lots in Piazzale Roma or on the island of Tronchetto.
From the highways, after the tollbooth, follow directions for Venice. After the long Libertà bridge that connects Venice with the mainland, turn right and park in Tronchetto or continue straight for Piazzale Roma (the bus and car station).
From either Piazzale Roma or Tronchetto, take either ferry # 2 or a water taxi for St. Mark's.
